Pimples - The Causes and the Remedies

 
Pimples are small inflamed little spots that usually appear on the oily skin especially on the face. What-s worse, accumulation of pus within pimples even results in blackheads. Use Glycerin or Sorbitol Soaps - Wash your face with a Glycerin or Sorbitol soap everyday.-Use it twice or whenever required especially to clean the cosmetics applied on your face before you go to bed. It will clean excess of oils from the skin, preventing the pimples to appear in the first place itself.

Apply Toothpaste - Leave toothpaste on the pimples overnight. Wash it off the next morning. It will help clean the skin off pimples.

Apply Apricot Juice - Apply apricot juice on the pimples. Leave the juice on the skin for 10 minutes at least. Repeat the practice for a few days till you are satisfied with the results.

Spare Time to Prepare Healthy Meals - Make it a point to prepare your meals at home. It will help you avoid the junk foods. Foods like chips, cookies, cakes, chocolates and burgers etc., are rich in saturated fats, oils, and sugar. These foods not only make the skin oilier, but also upset the hormone levels especially insulin. No wonder, pimples pop all over the face.- There is no dearth of the variety of healthy food. You may try whole wheat foods, nuts, fresh fruits and vegetables. If you enjoy devouring non-vegetarian diets, there are lean meats including turkey, tuna, lean beef, and chicken breast etc.

Just Relax - Stay relaxed. Don't get worried. If you do, you will activate the oil secreting glands further! As a result, the skin gets oilier and you invite more of them to stay on your face rather than getting rid of pimples.
